On Saturday, October 7, 2000, A Gallery for Fine Photography celebrated the opening of its Silver Anniversary Exhibition with a gala event. Hundreds of guests joined gallery chief Joshua Mann Pailet, gallery staff, and artists to mark the silver anniversary of A Gallery - and to look forward to the next 25 years and beyond.

On May 27, 2000, A Gallery for Fine Photography celebrated the opening of an exhibition of photographs by country music legend Marty Stuart with a book signing for Pilgrims: Sinners, Saints, and Prophets, his first book of photographs, and a reception for the artist which was attended by over 200 gallery visitors.
