This exhibition, brought to New Orleans by Olympus Cameras, features photographs from all aspects of David Bailey's seasoned career. From the sixties through the nineties, the signature style of David Bailey has been characterized by his ability to photograph in a memorable way that is at once realistic and spontaneous while always maintaining a polished composition. As a young photographer, he captured the excitement of the music and fashion scene in 1960s London.  The startling photographs of his wife, Catherine, his portraits of celebrities, his landscapes and images of street life, as well as his continued work with such music industry icons as The Rolling Stones and The Beatles, have garnered him 
recognition worldwide. 

David Bailey's photographs have been presented in numerous exhibitions and appeared in books and magazines, including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and the New Yorker.   His work is extensively collected by museums and private collectors, and he has won numerous awards for his photography, commercial and documentary film work.
