Did you know ... ?
Barnbaum attended one workshop as a student: 1970 Yosemite Workshop with
Ansel Adams. In 1973, Barnbaum showed his work to Ansel Adams at Adams's Carmel home. After showing him both b&w 35mm prints, and 4x5 color transparencies, Adams told Barnbaum: "If I were you, I'd stop shooting black and white"!
